Patricia Ann Ervin, age 84, passed away on Sunday evening, June 28, 2026.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township, located at 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221.
A funeral service to celebrate Pat's life will follow at 2:00 PM. Gary Brown will officiate.
In accordance with Pat's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded after the service.
Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township Funeral Center has charge of arrangements.
