Patricia Ann Scotter

Patricia "Patty" Ann Scotter, 67 of Indianapolis passed away on June 8, 2013. Patty was born June 20, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN to Ralph and Gladys Locke. She retired from The Harrison in Indianapolis at age 62. She loved cats, enjoyed bowling, gardening, collecting old movies and loved Elvis and I Love Lucy. Surviving to cherish her memory is her daugher, Lisa, granddaughters, Kimmie and De De, brothers, David Devellen and Wayne (Robin) Devellen and sisters, Rita (Rob) Cowans and Doris (Bud) Carter. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m..on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E.
