Patricia A. Johnson
67, Indianapolis, IN passed away April 18, 2016. She was born April 7, 1949 in Indianapolis, the daughter of James and Dorothy (Lewis) Johnson, Sr. Patricia was a surgical Technologist with Carmel Ambulatory Surgical Center, member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and a 1967 graduate of Shortridge High School. Survivors: siblings, Janice Watson, Anthony Johnson, James Johnson, Jr., Lisa Lewis and Bruce Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Theodore and Ben Johnson. Visitation: 10 am to 12 pm Saturday, April 30th at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park 425 N. Holt Road Indianapolis. Funeral services will follow at 12 pm. Entombment: Floral Park Cemetery.
