Patricia Ann Bloom, 76, of Greenfield, died Aug. 19, 2017.
She was born Oct. 23, 1940, to the late William and Virginia Patterson in Evansville.
Patricia is survived by her children, Teresa (Scott) Hyton, Jerry (Pixie) Bloom, Kimberly Monday; sister, Pam Rose; four grandchildren, Jana, Justin, Ashley, Lauren; and three great- grandchildren, Dylan, Kaylynn, and Jaxon.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald “Don” Bloom, and son-in-law, Jerry Monday.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Flanner and Buchanan –Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. A celebration of life service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, in the funeral center.
