Patricia Ann Andrews

Patricia Ann Andrews, 94, Greenfield, Indiana, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday April 12, 2026. Her caring and calm manner, her smile, and her love will be sincerely missed by all who knew her.

Pat was born in Decatur, Illinois, on September 6, 1931, to parents Claude Dean & Zelma Pearl (Crist) Evans. A graduate of Odon, Indiana high school, Pat worked for many years as a secretary for Indiana Knitwear company.

She enjoyed a good book or magazine, a little bit of shopping, or cards with the gals. When she was younger, Pat and her husband Bill enjoyed taking dance lessons with their friends before his passing and had extremely fond memories of their vacations one of which was Hawaii. An introvert at heart, Pat was at her happiest spending time with her family at home in Indiana or their time during the winters in Florida.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Bob Evans and her beloved husband Bill.

She is survived by her son, Steve Hamilton (Sheree); grandchildren Aaron Hamilton (Heather) and Christy Kessler (Dave); her great grandchildren Lily, Claire, Graham, and Amelia; plus, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East (10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229) from 9 – 11 am with funeral services following at 11 am with Rev. Loral Tansy presiding. Entombment will take place at Washington Park Cemetery following services.

Currently the main entrance to Washington Park East Cemetery & Funeral Home is closed for construction on East Washington Street. We ask that all guests come to our 10th street entrance and follow the white line to the front of the cemetery.
