71 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on September 13, 2024. Pamela was born on December 27, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Wayman Smith and Betty Enik. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Donvan, brothers, Ronald, William and Jerry Smith and her parents. She is survived by her son, Michael Popplewell, sister, Donna Millspaugh, brother, Michael Smith and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, September 20, 2024, at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
