Pamela Kay Drews

Pamela K. Drews, 52, of Camby passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Community Hospital, South. She was born July 18, 1959 in Beech Grove the daughter of Kathleen (McCafferty ) and Arthur W. Scurlock. Pam had worked as an administrative assistant at Adesa Auto Action, Plainfield for 16 years and at White Castle. She enjoyed attending Trinity Baptist Church and participating in Golden Sixties, World Changers, VBS and the dinners and special activities they had. Pam also loved her two cats, Rascal and Dixie. Pamela is survived by her son, Raymond Drews, Camby; Sister, Shirley Reynolds, Franklin; Brothers, Donnie Burgess, (wife-Elizabeth), Indianapolis and Gary Scurlock, (wife-Yvonne), Nashville, TN; four nieces; three nephews; five great nieces, and nine great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Gene Scurlock, Nashville, TN and a niece, Lori Keen, Franklin. Services will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park Funeral Center 425 N. Holt Road. Entombment will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday, June 22, 2012 and one hour prior to services Saturday at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park Funeral Center. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church or Little Red Door.
