Oscar W. Waggoner

Oscar W. Waggoner 96 of Indianapolis, IN died February 19, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth. He is survived by a son, Ed Waggoner; daughters, Janice (Bob) Pekrul and Cathy (Brian) Thompson; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Oscar worked 37 years at Union Carbide Speedway Plant and was the oldest member of Speedway Masonic Lodge # 729. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, February 22, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park 425 N. Holt Road. Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan. Burial, Floral Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Speedway Masonic Lodge # 729.
