Olvena Joy Jarrett Taylor

Olvena Joy Jarrett Taylor, 84, of Indianapolis passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 in Carmel. She was born December 1, 1929 in Sharpsville, Indiana to the late Ralph Leroy and Charlean Obedience Hoffman Jarrett. Olvena enjoyed many years of volunteer work for Old Bethel United Methodist Church. Her main passion in life was loving and caring for her family - all of whom will dearly miss her. She is survived by her son Todd Taylor and his wife Ann, as well as 1 grandchild and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Richard A. Taylor. The family would like to thank Clare Bridge of Carmel for their amazing and compassionate care, and asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed there.
