Olivette W. Dickerson

Olivette W. Dickerson was born on September 7, 1927, in Tuskeegee, Alabama, and went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2024. She graduated from Tuskeegee Institute, where she met her husband, George. She was an educator, a Bible Teacher, a military wife, and a mother. She was an active member of Northside Baptist Church for more than 43 years and was known as a prayer warrior. Her husband of 67 years, George W. Dickerson, preceded her in death. She is survived by children Denise Mosley (Henry), George Dickerson III (Veda), Tyree Dickerson (Gail), Van Dickerson (Erin), Timothy Dickerson (Dawn), Kimberly Dickerson, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
