O. Ruth Smith, 79, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014.
Opha is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert D. Smith; sons, Andrew Ray Smith and Gregory Smith; her sister Gertrude Odell; and a nephew Ron Reeves.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel, 325 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service on Sunday.
