Norman M. Pappy Wilhelm

Norman M. ‘Pappy’ Wilhelm, 90, Cumberland, died Wednesday, June 28.
He was a tool maker 34 years for Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors Corp., retiring in 1975.
Mr. Wilhelm was a member of Centre Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite.
