Norman D. Froedge, age 95 of Decatur Township, Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday night, October 18, 2026 in the comfort of his own home.
Norman was born on January 7, 1931 in Edmonton, Kentucky, a son of Charles Wesley and Delsie (Howell) Froedge.
He one of seven children. He was the last living of all of his siblings.
He is survived his two sons: Norman K. Froedge of Indianapolis and Charles A. (wife Geneva) Froedge of Deltona, Florida.
Several grandchildren also survive.
He is survived by his loving partner of many decades: Stella Smith of Indianapolis.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township, located at 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221.
An additional visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM also at Flanner Buchanan - Decatur Township.
Norman's funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Chaplain Wanda Leffall will officiate.
Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
