Norma A. Bohnert

88 years old,of Indianapolis, IN loving mother, grandma sister, passed away Saturday, June4, 2016. She was one of 8 children born to Albert Spencer and Lenora AliceGlazier, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her belovedhusband, James L. Bohnert in 1994.

Norma alwayswanted to be nurse and moved to Indianapolis to attend Methodist HospitalSchool of Nursing. After her graduation, she worked as a nurse, for MethodistHospital for 30 years. Norma never lost her desire to help others and did,until she was unable to do so. Norma had many interest-she loved flowers,music, pets, her friends, but most of all she loved her family.

She issurvived by her daughter, Jayne A. Neely; grandsons. Joshua and Nicholli Neely;sister, Mary Glazier Stahlhut and many nephews and nieces.

Calling willbe held in Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St.Indianapolis Wednesday, June 7, 2016 from 10:00am-12:00pm with gravesideservice immediately following with Rev. C. Archibald Hawkins officiating.
