Noel Tom Fish

75, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on November 10, 2015. He was born on January 8, 1940. Tom as he was affectionately called will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lafayette and Mabel Roe and brother, Raymond. Tom is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary, children; Thomas, Carole, Bill (Angel), April and Ashley, siblings; Carole (David), Bob (Carol), 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 4-8 pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 2 p.m., in the funeral center.
