Nina S. Phillips, 60 of Elwood, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022. Nina was born June 13, 1962 in Pennington, VA to the late Virgil and Christine McKinney.
Family and friends are invited to gather from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27 at Flanner Buchanan-Hamilton Memorial Park Lakeview Chapel, where a funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm.
Nina is survived by her husband, Daniel G. Phillips; children, Crystal B.A. (husband, Matt) Anderson, Christopher J. Simpson, Sarah B. Simpson, Wesley H. Simpson; grandchildren, Mahala S. Cripe, Chase Simpson, Caitlyn Simpson, Carleigh Anderson, Cristen Simpson, Hunter Simpson, Luke Anderson, Karianne Simpson, Elijah Simpson; sisters, Donna Gibson, Diane Holiday, Colerina McKinney.
