Nathan Alexander Kucyk

February 28, 2002 — August 26, 2023

Indianapolis, IN

Nathan Alexander Kucyk, 21, of Indianapolis passed away on August 26, 2023. Nathan was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin on February 28, 2002, to his parents, Chad Brown and Tanya (Kucyk) Cryer. Nathan graduated from Lawrence North High School in 2020. He spent a lot of his time in high school at the McKenzie Center of Innovation and Technology, where he earned certifications in various studies of automotive mechanics. This propelled his passion ever farther, landing him a career at Dreyer & Reinbold INFINITI. He was a Service Technician there for two years. When Nathan wasn’t working on cars, he enjoyed fishing, working out, riding his Harley Davidson, and gaming on his computer. Nathan was a simple guy; to know him was to love him. He undoubtedly left this world too soon, but he definitely left his mark. He will be missed terribly and remembered forever by all the lives he has touched.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Chad Brown (Heidi) and Tanya Cryer (Eric); his siblings, Thomas Padgett and Paige Kucyk; his niece, Noava; his maternal grandpa, John Kucyk; his paternal grandparents, Nette Potaczek and Doug Brown Sr. (Robin); his grandpa, Art Zietlow (Terry);  his aunts and uncles, Chris Ranger (Jim), John Kucyk (Laura), Robert Zietlow (Denise), Cheyann Brown, Craig Brown, Doug Brown Jr., and Krissy Gosbier; and a host of extended family and friends.

Nathan is preceded in death by his maternal grandma, Sandra Kucyk; his maternal great-grandma, Dolores Olszewski; and his paternal great-grandparents, Donald Brown and Bernice Potaczek.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 4-8PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229. A funeral service will be held the following day at 11AM at the funeral home.
