Naomi Bonham

Naomi Bonham, 92, of Greenwood passed away Monday, August 18, 2014. She was born August 7, 1922 in Guthrie, Kentucky to the late Lynn and Belle Equals Davis. Naomi was a long time active member of Franklin Road Baptist Church. In her 45 years there, she was involved in many different programs. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. In her spare time, she was an avid reader and loved to knit and crochet. Above all else was her love for her family – she enjoyed cooking for them and travelling to visit. Left to cherish her memory is her children Terry (Kay) Bonham and Mae Diann (Wayne) Widgren; grandchildren Angie Ponto, Cindy Fritz, Mark Bonham, Robert Casey Hirt, and Daniel Bonham; seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Bernard "Bing" Bonham and three siblings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
