Nancy C. Rapp

Nancy C. Rapp, peacefully passed away on June 30, 2024, in her hometown of Indianapolis. She was born on December 17, 1932, to the parents of William and Odessa Rose. She was blessed with 4 wonderful children Mark, David, Susan, and Jeff.

Nancy graduated from Tech High School. She held a long career in bookkeeping retiring from Methodist Hospital. 

Throughout her life, Nancy touched the hearts of all who knew her with strong work ethic, independent spirit, and incredible sense of humor. Nancy will always be remembered for her feisty personality that never failed to bring laughter to those around her. Her passion for playing euchre with friends and her love for traveling showed her adventurous side and zest for life. Nancy was a hardworking individual who cherished her family and brought joy to all who crossed her path. Her presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her children Jeff (Tammy) Rapp, Daughter in-laws Nancy Komenda Rapp and Julie Rapp. her grandchildren Mark Rapp, Gregg Rapp, Kylie Pfeiffer, Dustin Rapp, Chelsey Neisler, Aarik Williams, Aramis Williams, Laura Hunter, Lindsey Lankford and Jessica Rapp. 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her children Mark Rapp, David Rapp, and Susan Rapp Hunter. 

A Memorial Gathering to celebrate Nancy's life will take place on July 10, 2024, at Washington Park East in Indianapolis. The event will begin at 4:00 PM and conclude at 6:00 PM.
