Nancy E. Newbold

May 28, 1938 — Sep 29, 2026

Nancy Ellen Newbold was born May 28th, 1938, to parents Phillip and Mildred Pugsley. During the morning of September 29th, 2026, Nancy left her husband Jack to seek and rejoin her deceased son Mark, knowing her surviving sons, Eric, Brian and John, her brother Phillip, and Jack's surviving children, Karan, Alan and Sheryl will someday rejoin her in the inimitable quest for eternity.

Nancy was always the extrovert. Jack might well have been a lonely man but for her out going nature. She easily made friends and received acquaintances with equal warmth. Yet she demanded genuineness, disliking ostentation or craftiness and was seldom fooled.

Nancy was both a homemaker and helpmate. She married Jack in the month of January 1982 and used her typing skills to acquire a position with the now defunct Trader Publications, additionally learning computer language to craft articles for publication until her retirement during the year 2000.

Nancy and Jack spent half a lifetime together with little discord, for the marriage was based on mutual respect. Minor spats were quietly solved when Jack would briefly leave the room and in hindsight concede that she was probably right.

Nancy loved Cardinal birds and cats of all kinds, especially tigers. Jack was affectionately anointed "Her Tiger" while he lovingly reciprocated with "Mrs. Tiger". Gifts and cards to each other were thus playfully addressed.

Nancy will definitely be missed . . . most deeply by her loving husband: but also by the rest of family and friends . . . and the many others she warmly and graciously favored.
