Nancy Joan Repass 79, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 6, 2012, at home. Our beloved spouse, youngest sister, loving mother, caring grandmother, and devoted friend to all was adored and appreciated for her infectious humor and love of life. Joan was born April 13, 1933, in Evansville, IN, daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Ryan) Watson. Joan was a member of the Evansville Central High School class of 1951. She was an active member of the Acton United Methodist Church for nearly 50 years, where she held many offices and devoted countless hours to United Methodist Women and Acts of Kindness. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Vena Moore and Helen Walker, and brothers, Donald, Ronald and Joseph. Joan is survived by her husband of 56 years, Don Repass; sons, Dan Repass and his wife, Becky of Indianapolis, and Ted Repass and his wife Zrinka of Zionsville; her daughter, Lisa McMullen and her husband, Joe of Brownsburg; 6 grandchildren, Brad, Macy, Matt, Kelsey, Amanda and Erika; sisters, Betty Jane Hasten and Mary Ann Bagby, both of Evansville, IN, her twin brother, Jack "Bubby" Watson of Evansville, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in the Acton United Methodist Church, 5650 Senour Road, Indianapolis, IN 46239. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 9, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the service at the church.
