Nancy D. Parsley

Nancy Darlene Parsley, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2012. She was born on August 16, 1955 in Indianapolis to Morris Shoaf and Barbara (Cossell) Rance. Nancy was a 1973 graduate of Ben Davis High School and completed her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for IU Health Physicians for many years, most recently for Krannert Cardiology. Nancy was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and loved her family very much. She is survived by her husband, Larry Parsley; daughter Amber (Justin) Heifner; step-children, Kevin Parsley and Heather (Nate) Cox; grandchildren, Aubrey, Mason, Shelby, Mikey and Izzy. Nancy is also survived by her mother and step-father, Barbara (Dennis) Rance; brothers, Russ (Mary Beth) Shoaf, William (Dana) Shoaf; sister, Paula (Todd) Stierwalt. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral services for Mrs. Parsley will be held at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10am. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 4 until 8pm. Burial will take place in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
