Myrna Lois Marsden

Myrna Lois Marsden, born on June 12, 1942, passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 81 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Myrna, hailed from St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, where she developed her legacy of warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for family.

A dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk at Steak and Shake Corporation, A recipient of Business Accounting Training, Myrna excelled in her profession, leaving a lasting impression on all those she encountered. Yet, her greatest joy was the loving companionship she shared with her husband, Lee Roy Marsden in their marriage of 55 years. Through Lee’s 22-year service in the military, together, they explored the wonders of the world, creating treasured memories that will forever endure.

Myrna's gentle and welcoming demeanor touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her kind nature and authentic affection brought light into the lives of all she encountered, leaving each individual feeling valued and cherished.

Survived by her beloved husband, Lee Roy Marsden; their daughter, Leah Marsden; sisters-in-law Joyce (Stanley) Stewart; Jean Lewis; Bernice Marsden; brother-in-law Warren (Andrenese) Marsden; aunt Joan Marsden; cousin Monica Mitcham and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews both in Canada and America. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Brothers; mother and father-in-law Lisbon and Georgia Marsden; brothers-in-law Jesse and Ronnie Marsden; cousin Robert “Robby” Marsden; and many other family. Myrna's passing leaves behind a void in the hearts of those who knew her.
