Miriam T. Reyher

Miriam T. Reyher, 85 of Fishers, passed away Friday, June17, 2016. Miriam was born December 28,1930 in Oak Park, IL to Hazel Schuth and the late Otho Schuth. She was a graduate of Bradley University andreceived her Master’s degree from William Patterson College. Miriam was an elementary school teacher for36 years before retiring in 1995.

Miriam was a member of St. Elizabeth Seton CatholicChurch and was a very active community volunteer, especially in herneighborhood.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July2 at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel, where family and friends are invited togather from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.

Miriam was the widow of John Kelly Reyher. She is survived by her children, Stacie A.(husband, Peter) Akins, John Kelly (wife, Karyn) Reyher, Jr., and Charles O.(wife, Edyta) Reyher; mother, Hazel Schuth; grandchildren, Alexander and KaileyAkins, Rex and Aidan Reyher and Christopher and Eric Reyher; sister, MaureenDarling. Miriam was preceded in death byher brother, James Schuth.

She was a loving mother who was loved and adored by herfamily. She will be greatly missed.
