Milka K Bruder

Milka K. Bruder Passed away on January 27, 2012 at the age of 96. Mom was preceded in death by her husband, Henry L. Bruder. They were married for 70 years. She is survived by daughter Barbara Iwema (Ron), son Bob Bruder, grandchildren Dr. Carrie Iwema (Rob Knapp) and Brian Iwema. Milka thoroughly enjoyed her time as a past-president and member of the Butler Pi Beta Phi Mother's Cub. Mom was a lifelong member of the Slovenian National Home and was a charter member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Milka was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed occasional visits to local casinos. She took a lot of pleasure watching the many birds and squirrels in the garden, especially when the flowers were blooming. Mom was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Mom, we love you and will miss you! Visitation will from 10 am to noon on Monday, January 30, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North followed by a graveside service at Washington Park North Cemetery.
