Mildred Pauline White Martin, 96 of Indianapolis died May 29, 2017.
She was born December 9, 1920 to Merle and Tressie Sims.
In her free time she enjoyed drawing and crocheting.
She is survived by her son George White Jr. (Barbara); grandchildren Jarrod, Jacquelyn, Kenneth, Georgina, and Alex; great-grandchildren Phillip, Jessica, Denzel, Jamie, Briahnna, Anna, Austin, Kaylee, and Faith; step-children Monte Martin (Jamie) and Patricia Glasgo; sister June Ware; special family member Mikey as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husbands George White Sr. and Gerald Martin, her parents, siblings John Sims, Helen Clark and Catherine Woods, and step-son Ronald Martin.
Services will be held 1 PM Monday, June 5 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur, 5463 Kentucky Ave with visitation 11 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at West Newton Cemetery.
