Mildred L. Coapstick

Mildred Lucille Hanna Cannon Coapstick, 91, passed away August 1, 2011. She was born in Indianapolis on November 2, 1919 to Albert C. Hanna and Charlotte G. Inglis. She graduated from Zionsville High School in 1938. She retired from Sperry and Hutchinson (S&H Green Stamps) in 1982. She was preceded in death by her husbands William A. Cannon and Robert D. Coapstick, sisters Frances Brown, Isla Dobbs, and Ruth Moore, daughter Patricia Hoefling, son Rod Coapstick, son in law Vern Dahlstrom, and great grandson Ryan Dahlstrom. She is survived by her children Bill Cannon (Darlene), Martha Dahlstrom, Mike Cannon (Kay), Tom Cannon (Donna Cloe), Mary Unger (Charles), Darryl Etchison, Randy Coapstick (Scarlett), Jim Cannon (Betsy), 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center at Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 5 until the memorial service at 7 pm. Burial will be at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens in Brandon, Florida where she will rest next to her husband Robert Coapstick.
