Mildred (Fishburn) Evans

Mildred (Fishburn) Evans of Plainfield, Indiana passed away October 22, 2013. She was Born August 24, 1924 in Allen Co., Kentucky to the late, Edward S. and Delanie E.(Jent) Fishburn. She was a Stock Handler for RCA for 21 years retiring in February 1987. She also was the Co-Owner of Jack's Standard Service that was located on the corner of Belmont and Morris Streets in Indianapolis, IN. Mildred is survived by her beloved daughter, Jackie Lynn Evans, sister, Mary Blanche Long, several nieces, nephews, close family and friends including, Randy Fast and family, Glenn Randolph and family and Amanda Randolph and family. Jackie would like to thank the "Creekside Neighbors" for their love and support for her and her mother over the many years they have lived in the neighborhood. Mildred is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack L. Evans, her sisters, Earline Stinson, Clara Cook, Novice Dempsey and her brothers, Paul and Noel Fishburn. will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 1 P.M. in Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Friday, October 25, 2013 4-8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM until the service.
