Michele L. Hillery

Michele L. Hillery, age 53 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday morning, February 27, 2024.

Michele was born on August 9, 1970 at St. Francis in Beech Grove, Indiana, a daughter of Clifford Harley and Geraldine (Adams) Blizzard.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

She married Jeffrey L. Hillery on February 28, 1998 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She is survived by her husband Jeffrey L. Hillery of Indianapolis, Indiana.

She is also survived by two sons: Andrew (wife Bailey) Hopwood of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Alex Hillery of Indianapolis, Indiana.

She is also survived by one brother: Clifford Wayne Blizzard of Abilene, Texas, and one niece: Caitlen Blizzard of Clarksville, Tennessee. 

Michele grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Howe High School.  She worked in Accounts Payable for Falcon Manufacturing throughout her professional career.  She loved butterflies, shopping, make up & beauty, the beach, and the mountains.  She was a dog and cat lover.  She leaves behind her beloved dog Jackson Mississippi and her cat Allie Michele. 

A Memorial Service & Celebration of Michele’s Life will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East Funeral Center, located at 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229. Pastor Ray Austin will officiate a service beginning at 1:00 PM followed by a continued time of celebration of Michele’s life.
