Michael Stephen Smith of Indianapolis died September 15, 2021 at the age of 84.
He is survived by his children Michael P. Smith and Lori A. Smith; granddaughters Madison Wilson and Lauren Kay Smith; great-grandson Victor Wilson; and significant other Inge Haddix and her daughter Heidi Haddix.
He was preceded in death by his son Mark A. Smith.
