74 of Plainfield, Indiana, passed away on May 20, 2026. Michael was born on July 11, 1951, in Millington, Tennessee to the late Raymond and Doris Reed. He was retired from Allison Transmission. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Lee Reed, children Richard Smith, Michele Kennedy, Trey (Michelle) Reed and two other daughters, grandchildren Ryan, Blake, Hunter, Rylee, Aaron, Brittney, Brooke, Rodney and six other grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services will be private.
