Michael Vincent Curley, affectionately known as Mike, passed away on April 11, 2026, in Westfield, Indiana. Born on September 27, 1953, in Indianapolis, Mike lived a life marked by generosity and a profound love for his family. As a devoted business owner, he balanced professional success with an unwavering commitment to those closest to him.
Mike was a man of great warmth and kindness, known for his very giving nature. His family meant everything to him, and he took immense pride in the close bonds he shared with his sons, Chad, Ryan, and Brandon. Alongside them, Mike was surrounded and cherished by his sisters—Karen Blankenbaker, Mary Lyman, Joan Compton, Jane Curley, and Kathleen Pickett, daughter-in law, Alicia Curley—and his ten adoring grandchildren. His extended family extended further still, encompassing several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and even great-great-nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
Mike was preceded in death by his beloved parents, John D. Curley and Doris G. (Richardson) Curley, whose memory he carried forward throughout his life with reverence and respect. He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Martin D. Curley, Lawrence (Pat) Curley, John B. Curley, Elizabeth Curley, Margaret Curley, Thomas Curley, and James Curley.
The community is invited to celebrate and honor Mike’s life with a visitation starting at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m., both on April 20, 2026, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, located at 17104 Spring Mill Road, Westfield, Indiana. These gathering moments will provide an opportunity to reflect upon a life that touched many through kindness, dedication, and love.
Michael Vincent Curley’s legacy is one of heartfelt generosity and devotion to family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, remembered fondly for the joy and love he freely shared throughout his life.
