Metha Remmetter

Metha McBride Remmetter 96 of Indianapolis passed away February 10, 2011. Born June 10, 1914 in Hillsdale, Michigan to Kay & Inez Redman. She graduated from Cooley High School in Detroit, Michigan. In 1935 married Charles “Pete” McBride, who died in 1980. In 1989 married Bob Remmetter, who died in 2002. She was a resident at University Heights for several years and was a member of Keystone Christian Church. Metha is survived by son- John McBride of Indianapolis, daughter- Joan Dalhaug of Texas, granddaughter, 2 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 3 step children, 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. Service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Broad Ripple with calling 3 hours prior. Entombment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
