Merlin “Ray” Kirchoff
On Tuesday, December 29th, 2020, Merlin “Ray” Kirchoff, a loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 89.
Ray was born on April 5th, 1931 in Vincennes, Indiana to Paul and Emma Kirchoff. He received an architectural degree from the University of Cincinnati and practiced for over fifty years. He also served as an architectural arbitrator specializing in the construction industry. Ray also proudly served his country in the Army as Private First Class during the Korean War. He had a passionate love for boating, water skiing, tennis, painting, and he followed all Indiana sports without fail!
Ray is survived by his wife of 59 years, Johanna, his daughters Christina (Mike) and Sandra (Lee), and granddaughters Taylor and Nicole. He is also survived by his brother David (Roberta) and preceded in death by his sisters Rosemary (Russ) and Roberta (Dick)
