Menota Freeman

October 2, 1926 — October 19, 2014

Menota Kathleen (DeBotkin) Freeman, 88, of Zionsville, passed away October 19, 2014, at Zionsville Meadows. She was born in Indianapolis the daughter of Leo and Marguerite Hannon DeBotkin. She retired in 1994 from Methodist Hospital where she was a Medical Secretary. She married Raymond Freeman, May 2, 1952 and he preceded her in death November 11, 1978. She enjoyed dancing and socializing and was a very accomplished seamstress. She is survived by daughters, Deborah Hall (Larry), Pam Ferguson (Jack) and Jennifer Freeman (Rhonda Shipley); her sons, Rex Freeman and Joseph Freeman; grandchildren, Katie Reiter (Dane), Kyle Hall, Krista and Danielle Shipley; and a great-grandson on the way, Dylon Reiter. A memorial service will be held at Zionsville Meadows. Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville is entrusted with the arrangements.
