Melvin Daub, 76, passed away April 21, 2023, in Indianapolis. He was born January 28, 1947, in Elberfeld, Indiana to Elbert & Thelma (Snow) Daub.
Left behind to celebrate his life are his brother D. Ray (Bonnie) Daub; nieces Kim (Mark) Jones, Shari Fiege, and Carla Cox; nephew Raymond (Debbie Daub); special nieces and nephews Cory Jones, Madison Jones, Sarah (Adam) Bogs, Robert (Sarah) Fiege, Cooper Daub, William Fiege, Daniel Fiege, and David Bogs.
NASCAR lost a great fan and Heaven gained a gentle soul.
Family wishes to thank the kind staff at Eagle Valley Meadows for their kindness.
Viewing will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Speedway at 2950 N. High School Road in Indianapolis, with funeral beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
