Melissa Marie Hinshaw

Melissa Marie Hinshaw, 37, Westfield, IN, passed away July 22, 2012. She was born March 9, 1975 in Davenport, Iowa. Melissa was a 1993 graduate of Davenport North High School, and graduated in 2001 from the University of Iowa with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She was a pharmacist with Pharmerica. Melissa was a devoted Christian and attended Christ United Methodist Church in Westfield. Melissa is survived by her husband of 18 years, Brett Hinshaw; her children, Sabrina, Warrick, and Gavin; her mother and step-father, Debra and Dave Harris; her father and step-mother, Keith Elzy and Debra Dunbar; her brothers, Dephonn Elzy and Jason Harris; and her sisters, Kimberly Bowker, Dawn Bowker, and Jerri Werthmann. Services will be on Wednesday, July 25 at 1 PM at Christ United Methodist Church, 318 N. Union Street, Westfield, IN, with calling from 11 AM until service time at the church. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to an education fund established for Melissa's children at any M & I Bank branch.
