Megan Leigh Hoskins

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Megan Leigh Hoskins, 38, a beloved daughter, mother, lifelong partner, sister, and friend, who left us on December 12, 2024. Born on December 10, 1986, in Gallatin, Tennessee, Megan was a beacon of love and light to everyone she met.

Megan was a devoted mother to her son, Elijah Cleek-Hoskins, who was the center of her world and her greatest joy. She had a gift for making people laugh and an unforgettable presence, marked by the most beautiful green eyes that could brighten any room. Her heart was full of compassion, and she touched the lives of everyone she encountered.

Throughout her life, Megan bravely faced the challenges of addiction. She fought tirelessly with courage and resilience, always striving to create a better future for herself and her family. Megan’s journey was marked by her unwavering love for those close to her and her deep hope for brighter days ahead.

Megan was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Hoskins, and her grandmother, Sharon Daggy.

Megan is survived by her lifelong partner, Katy Cleek; her son, Elijah Cleek-Hoskins; her mother, Kelly Jensen Sparks; her brother, Cody Hoskins; her sister, Heather Warner; her grandmother, Lois Mezo; her aunts, Paula Barry, Carla Cook, and Paula McKoin; her uncles, Chris Daggy and Kelly Mezo; her nieces, Heidi Hall and Chloe Hall; and numerous cousins. She is also remembered by countless friends who will forever cherish her kindness, warmth, and spirit.

A celebration of Megan’s life will take place on January 11th, 2025, at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis. Family will arrive at noon, visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, and the memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM EST.
