Maxine Cook

Maxine Cook, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away August 26, 2013. She was born May 14, 1946 in Indianapolis to Cletis and Bessie Stewart. Her father and her brother, Mike Stewart preceded her in death. She was a member of Warren Park Wesleyan Church. Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, Louis W. Cook, Jr., her children, Kimberly Jasmine, Tammy Brooks, Kandy Hood, Louis W. Cook, III, Jamie Hood, Tina Dobbs, Jodie Pittman and Mark A. Cook, mother, Bessie, sisters, Brenda Sims and Linda Stewart, brother Ray Stewart, 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 Pm Friday, August 30, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the Funeral Center. Contributions may be made in Maxine's name to Warren Park Wesleyan Church, 6401 E. 14th St., Indianapolis, IN 46219.
