Maurine Rakestraw

Maurine Rakestraw 84 of Indianapolis, IN passed away May 7, 2013. She was retired from Catherine Stout's in 1998. She is survived by her children, Billy (Claudine), Bobby (Katie), Donald (Laurie), Jeffery (Carrie) Rakestraw, Kathleen Hamant mother of Christina Beverstock and Tina Williams who are granddaughters, Bobby Rakestraw, Jessica English who are also grandchildren, great grandchildren, Carson, Jake, Kassidy, Katelyn, Maya, Tyler, Cayne, Mason, brother, Roscoe Branum and sister, Louise Weiss. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn R. Rakestraw. Services will be Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 1PM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Monday, May 13th 4-8PM. Burial will follow the service at Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Kidney Foundation.
