Marylin Ellen Marek

Marylin Ellen Marek, 89, of Brownsburg passed away June 30, 2022.  She was born September 23, 1932, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Melvin and Mary (Petelle) Osgood.  She married Robert Marek, who preceded her in passing on November 2, 2000.

Marylin was an avid reader and she loved to knit and crochet, especially slippers that have adorned many feet over the years.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Mallory; five grandchildren, Cassie (Blake) Anderson, Robert Noyes, Dustin Noyes, Benjamin Noyes, and Eddie Tapia; five great grandchildren, Halie, Addie, Cooper, Kayla, and Victoria; two great-great grandchildren, Aubrey and Damian; and a nephew, Denny (Maria Bushman).  She was preceded in passing by a daughter, Debbie Tapia; and a sister, Estelle Bushman.

A private family service will be planned for a future date.  Arrangements were entrusted to Flanner Buchanan – Carmel.
