Mary 'Mickey' Schlosser

Mary Margaret "Mickey" Schlosser, 90 of Beech Grove passed away on September 14, 2013. She was born December 23, 1922 in Indianapolis, IN to Lee R. and Mary Edith Burgess. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bennie Schlosser and two brothers, Charles and Lee Burgess. Surviving to cherish her memory are her nieces, Carolyn Angel, Leola Dilon, Kathy Durham and Marchell Burnell. Mickey worked for Shuron Continental Optical for 30 years. She was a member of Eagles Auxillary 4167, American Legion Auxillary 0267, Moose 1589 and VFW 1120. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Entombment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
