86 years old, of Avon, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Mary Darmis. She was employed as a server at various restaurants for many years. She loved to spend quality time with her family. Mary Lou was loved by many for her kind, joyful and giving spirit to all who knew her.

Mary Lou is survived by her loving daughter, Vicky Gentry (M. Gregory); 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Todd, Sonya, and Tara; 4 great grandchildren, Jaden, Emma, Everett, and Jaxen; brothers, Manuel and Jimmy; daughter-in-law, Joann Medley. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55yrs, Cam Medley and son, Randy Medley.

Visitation will be held from 10am-11am with Funeral Service at 11:00am Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Dr. Indianapolis. Burial will follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
