Mary Katherine Gray

Mary Katherine Gray, age 91 of Indianapolis, IN passed away January 11, 2016.

She was born May 25, 1925 to Raymond F. and Margaret Bach of Indianapolis where she lived the majority of her life. Mary had several identities in her long life. She was known as Mary Katherine, Kacker, Lucky, Mary K., Mary, Moomay, Grandma Gray and Mom. Mary did her part during WWII working for the OPA. She was united in marriage to Harold F. Gray on May 7, 1944.

She is survived by her children Mark Gray (Marsha) of Hagerstown, Gary Gray (Lorna) of Indianapolis, IN and Carolyn Greene of Belleville, WI and sister Dorothy Rheeling of Dunedin, FL along with 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great granddaughters. She was predeceased by her husband Harold and her son David Gray.

Funeral services will be held at Flanner & Buchanan – Geist, 7855 Cork Road at 11 AM on Thursday, January 14th. Friends and relatives may call on Wednesday, January 13th from 5PM – 8PM.
