Mary Jo -Jody- Paceley

Mary Jo “Jody” Paceley, age 67, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 29, 2017. She was born on October 9, 1949 in Rockport, Indiana as the daughter of Arthur Peyton and Mary Bailey. She graduated from Thomas Carr Howe Community High School in 1967.

Jody was a member of Eastern Star. She enjoyed fishing, going to the casino and spending time with her family.

Jody is survived by her sons, John D. (Denise Schmucker) Pacelely and Michael A. (Carrie) Paceley; grandchildren, Stephen Paceley, Jason Seward, Debra Nicole Jarboe Paceley, Shane Paceley, Jesse Paceley, Jessika Seward and Sherri Angotta; great-granddaughter, Emma Angotta; and brother, Robert (Beth) Derwin. Jody was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, with a funeral service to immediately follow at 3 p.m.
