Mary Jo Webler, 72, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on November 9, 2021. Mary Jo was born in Detroit, MI on July 30, 1949 to the late, Robert Thomas and Ann Elizabeth (Barlum) Brown. She graduated from Scecina Memorial High School in 1967. On October 5th, 1968, Mary Jo married her high school sweetheart, Harold Edward Webler II. He preceded her in death on September 10, 2005. Mary Jo worked for over 40 years as a clinic administrator at Circle City Evaluation Health Center. She retired in 2012. During her retirement, Mary Jo enjoyed working as a receptionist at Indy Massage Company. Mary Jo had a passion for nature, animals, and soaking up the sun, but most of all loved spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren.
Mary Jo was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold E. Webler II; and sister, Patty Howe. She is survived by her children: Harold “Harry” Webler III, Sarah Grimm (Derek) and Stephen Webler (Tori Rice); grandchildren: Henry and George Grimm and Lily Webler; and siblings: Cathy Smith, Jim Brown, Tom Brown, Sue Frazier, Ed Brown and Bill Brown; as well as many other loving extended family members and cherished friends.
Friends may call from 3pm until 7pm on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan-Broad Ripple, 1305 Broad Ripple Avenue, Indianapolis. A Mass will be held at 11am on Monday, November 15, 2021 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 4600 N. Illinois St., Indianapolis.
