Mary Hooper

Mary Kathryn "Kathy" Hooper, 64, passed away March 1, 2013. She was born July 24, 1948, in York, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Cyril Joseph and Margaret (Schneider) Fisher. She married David Charles Hooper on August 31, 1968, in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Kathy attended St. Matthew's Catholic Church, was active in St. Matthew's school and was a member of the White River Yacht Club. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and the family trips to Anna Maria Island, FL, and devoted her life to creating a warm and beautiful family environment for her husband, children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband; children, David Michael (Renea) Hooper, John Paul (Kimberly) Hooper, Robert Joseph (Stephanie) Hooper, Mary Elizabeth (Matthew) Davis; brother, David (Connie) Fisher; sister, Mary Virginia(John) Rees; grandchildren, Bradley, Tylor, Cheyenne, Clara, and Joshua; and mother-in-law Jane Hooper. A Celebration of Life will be at 6:30 PM on Friday, March 8, 2013 Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Avenue. Visitation will from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
