Mary E. Detamore, 78, Indianapolis passed away Dec. 5, 2015.
She was born Nov. 19, 1937 inIndianapolis to the late Grace (Davis) and William Hollingsworth.
Mary had worked at Decatur Township Middle Schools in the cafeteria and Target retiring both in 2010 after 24 years. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and cooking and all loved her cooking.
Mary is survived by her son, Robert Detamore; grandchildren, Dakota and Darien Detamore; brother, James Hollingsworth, his wife Stella; nephew, Devin Hollingsworth and 2 nieces, Rachel and Loreylee.
Preceded in death by husband, Ted Detamore and a brother, Orvall Moffit.
Visitation will be 10 am until service time Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015 with service 1 pm Wednesday at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue. Burial will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
