Mary Dee Workman

Mary Dee Workman 61, of Indianapolis, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday August 29, 2012. Mary was born May 16, 1951, in Indianapolis, IN, a daughter of Russell and Berthea Opal Harrison. Mary was a member of New Beginnings Fellowship Church on German Church Road. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge. Mary enjoyed reading her Bible and watching religious programs. She loved working in her garden and visiting with her neighbors. She leaves to forever cherish her memory, her daughter, Russelle Workman; her son, Fred L. (Sylvia) Workman; brother, William Russell (Sarah) Harrison; sisters, Sandra Lee Bennett, Patricia Ann "Patty" (Bruce) Petree and Diana Lynn Collins; Grandchildren, Ryan Bradley and Terry Michael; several nieces and nephews; life-long friend Robert Doan and best friend Rosemary Robertson and family . She also leaves her precious cats Sydney, Mimi and Shadow. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and grandmother, Mary Dee Bennett. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Washington Park East Cemetery. Arrangements: Flanner and Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E.
