A memorial service for Dr. Mary Avery Root, 81, civic leader, of Indianapolis, will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28 in Flanner & Buchanan Lawrence Mortuary.
There will be no calling.
She died Friday, June 23 at Community East Hospital.
